Since I don't like them and I'm also feeding 4 kids I omitted the green peppers. All of my kids approved of the recipe (and they can be picky). My hubby and son like to have it with salsa. I use a little sour cream. Thanks for a different option for dinner!

This was very easy to make & was a huge hit with my guests. I did take the suggestions to replace the green peppers with the red & used a can of corn with the cornbread mix. EXCELLENT!!

My family loved this recipe! I used red pepper instead of the green and used a different brand of Taco seasoning. I also added a can of corn to the cornbread, after reading the reviews. A definite make again!!

My family loves this recipe. I add a little sugar and a drained can of corn to the cornbread mixture. It is wonderful, very filling and my kids love it. Don't ever tell them there are peppers in it, though!

I added a can of cream of chicken soup and added onion. Used my own corn bread recipe instead of a mix. Next time will use another brand of taco seasoning- not real big on the Taco Bell kind. Overall, this dish was very good- will make again:)

my family loved it even my one year old, my 7 year old help make and we felt like something was left out so we added a can of corn and a spinich salad on the side. Great for a quick fix especially after kickball practice.

very good flavor! I took people's advice and I added green chiles and a can of corn to the cornbread mixture....next time I may substitute a red or yellow pepper for the green one....I think a sweeter pepper would go better with a dish that tends to have a sweetness to it

Yum. Everyone enjoyed this. I served it with sour cream and omitted the green peppers. Very easy.

an extra five stars, this is such a good dish just added light red kidney beans instead of the peppers, since my husband and son does not like them. My daughter loved it so much that she asked for the recipe for her family. also i added a can of whole kernel corn to the corn bread mix. turned out awsome.
