I added some cream of chicken soup to make the chicken mixture creamy. Yummy! My family loved it!
I added onions, red peppers, green chilis and corn to the chicken and I added cheese and green chilis to the corn bread. It was nice to have the sweet taste of the cornbread and the spiciness of the chicken. Everyone loved it.
I loved this recipe. I actually made 8 servings out of this. It was just for me, so I froze the remaining slices and had a wedge each day at work until I finished them. Great flavor combos and so easy to make.
I'm having the leftovers for lunch today! It is so good! I added a chopped red bell pepper and a can of green chiles to the meat mixture. Next time I will definitely add corn and green chiles to the cornbread.
This was simple! I added a can of mexican corn and a can drained rotel to the chicken mixture. I also used the mexican cheese blend.

Wow! This was really good! I substituted ground beef for the chicken, but I loved the combo of sweet cornbread with spicy meat and peppers. The texture was good as well. I will definitely make this again and will probably try adding some onion and maybe tomato. Great recipe!
I was very excited to make this dish because of all the comments about it, but I was very displeased with the outcome. It would of been good but it was just too salty for my family to eat it. I made it just like the recipe. The seasoning just made it way too salty.
