Our family enjoyed this recipe. It is an updated version of the old sloppy joe and it is easy to make. We topped our buns off with mild shredded chedder cheese and sour cream. Very tasty and filling. I make a large batch and then we have left overs for another day:)

My eight-year-old daughter loves these and actually requests them for dinner. I love that they're so quick and easy.

I altered this recipe some but it was delicious and I was surprised it would be as flavorful as it was. I added about 3/4 can of petite diced tomatoes, onions, green bell pepper, frozen corn, and used fajita seasoning instead of taco and omitted the water. My 4 kids and husband ate it up :)

What a nice twist on an old favorite. Fast and easy. Good taco flavor. Easily adjusted for "hotness". Family enjoyed them. I doubled the recipe and have enough for leftovers. Lots of ideas for the meat besides the sandwich. Let you know how it goes.

My oldest son is a very picky eater. Whenever I make tacos for him, they can only have the taco meat, sometimes cheese. This recipe was perfect for him!!! I make it all the time now, and he really gets excited whenever he knows I am making Taco Sloppy Joes. He is nine now, but he will usually eat two or three of them!!! I am so glad I found this recipe!!

My husband and I had this for the first time tonight and we loved it. My husband kept commenting on what a great taste it had. This will definitely be going into my recipe box.
