Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe
Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

They were a little bland. I will make this again, though.

I have made this recipe many times for my husband and myself. He absolutely loves these taco cups. He requests them usually every week. The leftovers make a great lunch the next day for him. We top these with a little extra cheese, sour cream and taco sauce. Yum-O. I think I will be making these for dinner again tonight. My only issue I have is I dont think I ever have the right size bisquits on hand so I just improvize and make a few extras!!! Thanks so very much for this GREAT recipe. I cant wait to try some of the other ideas for fillings that others have suggested.

I found it difficult forming the refrigerated biscuits into cups and got very disappointed. Continued anyway and they ended up fine, just not as pictured. All worked out well.

Instead of taco seasoning add barbaque sauce to the meat and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Fill cups top with cheese and bake. Also very good.

I liked these, but my kids turned up their noses at them.

This recipe was a big hit with my husband and kids. It also makes for a wonderful side/ before meal when you have guest over. I made salad and had fritos with salsa on the side. Very tasty

Yummy, we used shredded chicken instead of beef to make it a little lower in fat and my fiance and I both loved it!

These were pretty tasty and very easy to make. I can't decide if I really like the taste of the biscuit with taco meat, but overall I thought they were alright. I will probably make them again.
