Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe

Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

This recipe has been around for years and years. I enjoyed it as a child with the BBQ sauce. Raised my children with it also. But can't wait to try the taco version this coming week.

I used corn bisicuits and it really gave it a Mexican flavor . Added one half can refired beans to taco mixture. Topped off finished product with sprinkling shredded lettuce and 1/4 teasp sour cream. Family really enjoyed .

These taco cups were so easy to make and delicious. I got home late last night and made these for dinner in just a few minutes. My husband loved them also. I will definitely make these again and again.
