Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe
Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

My family would of rather had regular tacos.

This was loved by everyone, but not as easy to make. It is best to puch the "cups" into the pan BEFORE you put the cheese one. The buscuits rise during baking, and pushing them into the muffin cups helps them to form. They did not look like the picture, but were good nonetheless.

I really liked this except for the fact that I got "Grandes" biscuits which meant that all the meat was pushed to the top when they puffed up. Next time I will use regular biscuits, but overall very good.

Nothing ever comes out the way the picture does, but it still tasted yummy. I used bisquick biscuits instead, and added onions to the beef mix. The kids ate it, so I guess it's a winner!

I made these the other night for something different. They are easy & very quick to make. My husband really liked these. It was a good twist to making tacos. Will make this again for the family.

I really liked this recipe and so did my husband and daughter. I used baking mix and rolled out biscuits so that they would be more thin than refridgerated dough. I found it easier to mold the dough into the cups. I also added diced tomatoes to the meat. Yum!

My kids loved this recipe. It was easy and delicious. I was even able to sneak veggies in the meat mixture. I put sour cream in a small plastic bag, cut off the tip, and wrote their initial on top. They thought that was fantastic!!! Will make again.
