Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe
Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

Yummy and easy! I used the shredded/seasoned chicken (premade, sold in a plastic container-also have beef and pork). And I doubled it, as we're a family of 6!

I really enjoyed the taco cups. They reheated well too for leftovers. I can see many ways to vary the basic recipe - chicken, bbq.

This recipe was very good1 My cousins loved it. But, I would recomend ALOT less meat to be used. We had alot of meat left. And also, you should cut the dough in half. If not your meat will pop out. But, I loved it. Will make it again soon.

They turned out delicious! I added a can of corn, chopped hot peppers & onions to the meat mixture for extra flavor. There is enough meat to make 20 cups, so buy 2 cans of biscuits. Served them with lettuce & sour cream. YUMMY!!!

It was okay, but the beef ended up a bit dry by the end after the baking.
