Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe
Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

Didint really like this one too much. I made it for a party and it really wasnt such a hit. I found it a bit bland. Needed more flavor. Maybe adding mashed beans to the beef mixture. would give it more flavor

I had problems with getting the buscuits to stick to the sides of the pan so I just put them on the bottom. My daughter loved it. Will make again but spend less time working with the buscuits

My son had a big time helping me make these. He didn't want any salsa so we served ours with a side of sour cream. Yummy! So quick & easy!

These make quick and easy appetizers or they can be used as the main part of a fun meal. Serve just as they are or include side choices of onion, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sour cream, and salsa.

At first they were not coming out right, then a little over half way after baking. I took a large spoon and pushed it into the center of the cup. This pushed the filling down and created the crust around the top. They were EXCELLENT! They also reheat well! I am going to make this for my next party!
