Fun Taco Cups

Fun Taco Cups recipe
Traditional taco ingredients get a warm, Southern touch when they’re baked inside biscuits. A great weeknight option that’s happy with a salad on the side.

I made this when my husband said he was tired of taco's. I was so easy to make and was wonderful, even the kids eat it. I know make this about once a week.

Good-my family's been making a variety of this for years by mixing the beef with Kraft BBQ sauce instead of taco seasoning. This is a good twist on an old favorite.

My family really liked this! I also made some in a small pan so the kids had little ones. This was good and easy to make!

Another variation on this recipe, especially if you would like to make it more of a taco salad, is to turn the muffin tins upside down, and spray them with nonstick spray and form the biscuit around the outside to create a bowl. Afterwards you can fill it with the meat mixture, we like to add beans to ours, and have a taco bar of toppings! This is a fave at our house!

These were great, easy, and quick. My whole family loved them. I might try making them with cornbread next time for a different flavor.

this was good. I added salsa, cheese, and olives to the meat mixture before putting it into the biscuits.

Good. I read the reviews first. I mashed the meat back down half the way through cooking. I also added a little salsa on top to keep the meat from drying out. They turned out good. Something different than the normal taco.
