Very Good. Added a layer of refried beans. Could have used some red onion too.

This was a big hit at the last potluck of the summer!

I make this with sour cream instead of cream cheese and I also add green chiles and refried beans on occasion. It's good either way.

It was my turn to have bridge club at my house. I served the Philadelphia 7-layer mexican dip. It was a big hit with everyone-it was all gone in no time. It was so easy to make and I could make it way ahead of time. It was also very easy to serve. I ended up giving them all the recipe--thanks-Gloria

My family loves this! I use the Mexican Feista cheese blend instead of plain cheddar. It's great!

I made this for a group of 30 or so. Everyone loved it with the spicy salsa. It gave it a nice kick!

I added refried beans after the cream cheese just for a little more substance. It was delicious! I guess it was an 8 layer dip!

This was the hit of the party! I used red pepper in place of the olives for color, and halfway through the night people were asking if there was any more of "that fabulous dip". Next time I'll make two so we don't run out!

Really good, made for the Super Bowl. Agree does need refried beans. I also made a dip with Philly cheese, can chili, and cheese which on my plate mixed in with this dip and was very good.

I've been making this recipe for years but I also add refried beans as the bottome layer and add a can of rinsed black beans to the salza. It's dleicious! It is always the first thing that is finished on my party table!
