I made this recipe tonight. It was good and my husband liked it. However, I think it was way too much pasta. I think for my family of 4 we can eat off this for 3 or 4 days - and it wasn't great enough to eat that much. I would definitely cut down the pasta by half (unless you have a huge family), add extra sauce. I used 2 whole regular sized jars of spagetti sauce, and add some spices, like garlic, Italian seasoning. Other than that, it was alright.

I substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese... my friend taught me this trick, and it works great!

My Mother used to make this receipe years ago and when I saw the Polly-o name, I knew it had to be just as good as hers. Same ingredients.
