This recipe is great for vegetarians (which I am) however it didn't go that fast next quiches and bacon wrapped chicken. I will make it again so at least I have something to eat that I like

A little expensive for a crowd but well worth it. I made this for a holiday party at work and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. It is simple and easy to make and tastes delicious. I have made it 3 times so far this season and will be making it for New Years Eve also!

The pesto dip was simple to make and tasted great. I'd make the dip again for veggies, too. The only problem I had with this recipe was that the tortellini lost their shape, even following the cooking directions as to not overcook. Next time I'll boil them less time or try another brand.

This unique appetizer went over very well at my sister's graduation open house. I put tortillini, cherry tomatoes, and olives on toothpicks. I then surrounded the cream cheese pesto dip on a plate with the skewers.
