I brought this to work the day before Thanksgiving and it was gone quick! I couldn't get the creamcheese to blend smooth, but it didn't effect the taste. I used 3/4 cup pumpkin, it was really good!

Great easy dessert! I made this for a party, everyone raved about it and didn't even touch the other cakes and pies. I served with Nilla Wafers, Ginger snaps and fresh cut up fruits. I also made this with Low Fat cream cheese and it came out great!

When another recipe failed for a party, I scrambled and made this. I had the ingredients on hand. I made it while at the party- I didn't even get a chance to taste it before people started eating it. It was a huge hit. The second time we also served it with nilla wafers and pretzels.

SO yummy! I was surprised at how well it went with apple slices. Of course, vanilla wafers were also a good dipper. I used about double the pumpkin the recipe calls for and it was perfect. This dip was gone very quickly at a get together with friends. I plan to make again very soon!
