This recipe is a classic for the end of the year, to bring to any event from the beginning of Oct. thru the end of November!!! A very nice change.

Made this for a gathering last night -- it was a hit! Nothing left this morning -- even the pumpkin 'haters' loved it...Served with fresh strawberries, bananas and apples and also the Honey Stix graham crackers. The only 'negative' was that even though I softened the cream cheese to the point of total mushiness, I still had teeny tiny miniscule lumps of cream cheese. I tried to break them up by beating it against the side of the bowl with a fork, but didn't work. If you have a food processor (I didn't), it would probably be a good idea to use that to make it absolutely creamy! I also added a smidgen of pure vanilla extract (I use Nielsen-Massey)...

This dip is great and so easy to make! It is really good with vanilla wafers, gingersnaps and cornbread crackers. I made my first batch today and my husband took it to his card game so I had to make another batch so I could have some!!

This recipe was a hit! Perfect for the fall. I served this with nabisco ginger snap cookies and grapes. I had to double the recipe for a party of just 13 guests! Now that says GREAT!

A must make for any pumpkin fan. I made this for my bunco group and they all loved it! It does taste alot like pumpkin pie without the crust. I WILL be making this one again!

This was a fun snack to make while the kids carved pumkins. Also good while making preprations for Thanksgiving day. A great fall treat.
