Made this for a gathering last night -- it was a hit! Nothing left this morning -- even the pumpkin 'haters' loved it...Served with fresh strawberries, bananas and apples and also the Honey Stix graham crackers. The only 'negative' was that even though I softened the cream cheese to the point of total mushiness, I still had teeny tiny miniscule lumps of cream cheese. I tried to break them up by beating it against the side of the bowl with a fork, but didn't work. If you have a food processor (I didn't), it would probably be a good idea to use that to make it absolutely creamy! I also added a smidgen of pure vanilla extract (I use Nielsen-Massey)...
