correction on pumpkin dip. I replace marshmellow cream with 2 cups sifted powdered sugar. I use 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese softened, 1 can (15 ounces pure pumpkin, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon ground ginger.

This was excellent with apples and graham crackers. All of the kids in my sons 1st grade class loved it. I have made other recipes similar to this to use with strawberries and it is always a big hit.

This recipe was a great one to make for the autumn season. It puts you in the mood for fall and satisfies the pumpkin craving you might get around the holiday season. It was great served with apples and apple cinnamon flavored graham cracker sticks.

I made it for my son's Halloween Party and the kids loved it. I was a big hit with all of the parents too. I gave this recipe to almost everyone at the party. We love it, and I'm making it again this year.
