This is excellent - made it for a birthday party - double batch - it was the hit of the party. I carved out a pumpkin and filled it with this dip along with cinnamon and chocolate graham crackers. Just great!!!

This couldn't be easier. Guests dipped graham crackers, grapes, apples, & vanilla wafers. The pumpkin isn't overpowering & several people asked for the recipe.

I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but this dip is amazing! I made this for an office party and received rave reviews! They all wanted the recipe. I served Nilla Wafers with it.

I tried a variation by using 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin pie mix instead of just using canned pumpkin and adding spices. I found I had to add an additional jar of jet-puffed marshmallow and another cream cheese because the canned pumpkin pie mix had added sugar to it. This about doubles the recipe and worked out well and was a hit for the occasion. I served the dip with Chocolate graham sticks. (These taste best, according to my kids.) Also, people thought the dip would be good with ginger snaps as well. I added Wilton brand orange icing coloring to my dip which made it stand out visually. I thought this is a good dip as an alternative to serve and everyone thought so too and asked for the recipe. Thanks!
