I love this recipe, I would have never tried to make my own ribs without it. I used the ice cube suggestion to make them more tender. My husband loves it and so do I!!!

This was just great! My husband loves ribs and my search for a recipe that pleases him has gone on for years. This is a big winner! It was simple to make and the ribs were tender and delicious - the whole family gave it a thumbs-up.

I needed a recipe to cook ribs FAST & EASY! Can't cook anything w/o adding something-rubbed butter, salt, pepper, ground allspice, cinnamon, garlic & onion powder before cooking in oven. Still BBQ sauce when grilling. Everyone LOVED THEM!

Yummy! This is the first time my ribs fell apart. The ice cube trick mentioned in a previous comment really works! Simple and tasty. Did not adjust cooking time or change anything.

MY DAUGHTER MADE RIBS 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW. THE FIRST NIGHT WAS A GUESS AT TIME & TEMP---THEY WERE AWFUL. SO ON NIGHT TWO I LOGGED IN & FOUND THIS RECIPE. THEY CAME OUT FANTASTIC---FLAVORFUL & TENDER. SHE MODIFIED THE RECIPE BY DOING ALL OF THE COOKING IN THE OVEN BUT FOR THE SAME TOTAL TIME. SHE ALSO COOKED THEM IN A FOIL COVERED PAN FOR THE 1 hr & 15 min ADDING TWO ICE CUBES TO HELP WITH MOISTURE. FOR THE LAST 15 min SHE COOKED THEM UNCOVERED.

This recipe was easy, quick and fun to make. My 12 year old son loves to grill and this is something he asked to have for his Birthday. If kids will eat it you know it past the test. The ribs were tender, juicey and the hickory smoke sauce just gave it the kick, not that it was needed it . It was great

The baking time in the oven has to be reduced otherwise..it was good.
