This was the easiest and best tasting fudge I have ever made in 30 plus years of making fudge! Everyone loved it!

I used this recipe while running a small cafe and it was the biggest hit with my customers. I could make a triple batch and sell out within minutes. A fellow chef now uses this recipe in the catering department of a large hotel and it is one of her most requested items.

Is this a smooth melt-in-your-mouth fudge candy? No. But I do like how the cream cheese adds a zing to the flavor and this is super quick and easy to make. It reminded me of cream cheese frosting. I would make this again for something different.

This was a super easy recipe. I thought it was very tasty and will make it again.I used unsweetened chocolate and it is plenty sweet,so I would not suggest using any other chocolate.

I added the marshmallows also. I thought it was really good! My husband thought it was too sweet so I think next time I will try using Baker's bittersweet or unsweet chocolate to see if he will like that better.

I added the marshmallows and used fat free cream cheese. It was enjoyed by everyone at my work. By the end of the day, they were fighting over the last pieces.

I am not a baker and every fundge recipe I have tried has flopped. This one was fast, easy, and would satisfy any sweet tooth. The texture was a little soft but it still had good flavor.
