Scrumptious! Everyone loves it. It is great with baby spinach, too. My husband is diabetic, and substituting low sugar low fat ingredients and fresh pineapple for the canned is also delicious and satisfies his sweet tooth!

This was great! My husband and I enjoy eating healthy, but were getting tired of the same old salad combos. This was a great new combination of flavors! We grilled the pineapple and bbq chicken, and added feta cheese. 'Twas fabulous!

I grilled my chicken and then each family member used a dressing of their choice, it is awesome with balsamic vinaigrette and my husband used house italian.

This was very yummy! We changed it a bit; we didn’t put the dressing on it and added feta cheese (which we love!) I made it at the lake and can’t wait to make it again at home! I also mixed it all up in a big dish. YUMO!

Very good salad, kinda plain though. I think it needed something more, and extra kick. BBQ'd chicken was excellent however, I grilled it instead of broiling it.

My family loves this recipe. It's wonderful for summer, and so easy to make. The flavors are a perfect blend.
