The pepper jack cheese makes this recipe different from other black-bean rollups and adds a little kick that is so tasty! This was the favorite appetizer at our holiday gathering this year!

great recipe... i made it for a baby shower, so i had to have a bunch, so i used refried black beans, and this worked out great, you don't need as much cream cheese or sour cream if you do this. also, i added a layer of spanish rice and it was a big hit.

I have made this recipe twice, and everyone loved it. I had salsa, and cheese sauce to go along with it. It is wonderful!!!!!!!

I recently made these pinwheels for a party I was hosting and they were a big hit! Especially good dipped in salsa and instead of using plain tortillas I used jalapeno cheddar torillas. I would double the recipe if making these to bring to a party.
