Very good. I used 1/4 cup chopped green onions instead of the onion salt. Next time I will add a clove of garlic.

This was pretty good. It's basically like a bean burrito with a little kick.

I have yet to go anywhere with this recipe where it all wasn't devoured before we left! I love this recipe! I double the ingredients and use a package of burrito sized shells...makes a ton! Then I take along mild and hot salsa for people to dunk these into. YUM!!!

This was very good. The next time that I make it for my family, I am going to add green chilies and taco seasoning. It is a very simple recipe - great side for a Mexican dinner night

Fairly simple to make. The black beans were difficult to smooth. I used a blender first (useless!), then mixing beaters. Would a food processor work best for accomplishing this? Can I purchase beans already "smooth"?!!

Very easy to prepare. They go great with salsa or guacamole.

Absolutely delicious; made for friends as a side to a southwest-inspired chicken salad, and everyone raved about it. Even my very picky husband liked it!

I have been trying to move my family to a vegetarian menu...but with a picky 8 year old in the mix it sometimes seems immpossible! She actually loved this recipe! When I told her it has black beans in it she responded with, 'well, I guess I really do like beans' WOW!! Thanks Kraft

I made this for a pot-luck party and people were raving about it. I used plain Montery Jack cheese and a bit of sliced fresh Jalepeno peppers and I used low fat cream cheese and no fat sour cream as well. I decided to add finely chopped onions and finely shredded carrots as well. Using tomato, cheese and spinach flavor tortillas adds colour interest and taste.
