The bruschetta was very good, however I found that more tomatos were needed, so I doubled the amount. I also added more parmesean to the cheese mixture to give it more flavour. Everyone raved about the taste, and before you knew it, I was back in the kitchen making more. I will definately make this again.

This recipe is so good that requests for it are attached to party invitations I have received. I like the red and green colors at Christmas time. My kids ask for it and then take it out to share with their playmates.

I make this recipe all of the time I took it to a Family reunion and now everyone requests it for every event we have, even just for supper

This is EXCELLENT! Very tasty! I make it very often as an impressive, but easy appetizer. I usually slice the bread into small rounds about 1' thick. I'm asked for the recipe all the time!
