Summer Berry Pie

Summer’s bounty of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are mixed wtih fruity red gelatin, then spooned into a graham cracker crust for a refreshing summer pie.

What You Need

3/4

cup sugar

Tbsp. cornstarch

1-1/2

cups water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin

cup each: blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1-1/2

cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

MIX sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring until well blended. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Add dry gelatin mix; stir until dissolved. Stir in fruit.

POUR into crust.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped topping just before serving. Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.

One of Tom's favorites. Great holiday dessert in summer. I often substitute blackberries or black rasperries instead of blueberries.

Have made several time. It is so good I have to make two every time. Made for Easter Dinner and had to print out the recipe for my mom and sister. Can also use Berry Blue Jell-O.

My Family loved this pie I had to make 2 to satisfy everyone. I used fresh strawberries and frozen blueberries. The frozen blueberries worked great for cooling down the Jello instead of having to refrigerate. I wasn't sure how I was going to like Jello with the pie but It worked out really well, you could hardly tell it was Jello.

I make this recipe in the summer for family get togethers a lot. It works best with fresh (not frozen) strawberries. The blueberries and raspberries work well fresh or frozen, but be sure to let them thaw and DRAIN them if you use frozen berries. Also, to keep the pie crust from getting soggy, pour a thin layer of the Jello mixture into the pie crust before you add the berries.

This pie is so refreshing for any summer get together with family or friends!! I made this using a graham cracker crust and I spread a layer of Cool Whip on top of the pie. I added Strawberries on top of the pie,but you could also use Raspberries or Blueberries on top of your Cool Whip layer. My family and friends just raved when I made this pie,and everybody gave this recipe 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!! WAY TO GO KRAFT,Thank You for another WONDERFUL Recipe,I am very impressed!!

This recipe was extremely easy and very delicious! The flavor is very light, perfect for summer desserts. My grocery store was out of raspberries so instead I used blackberries and it was very yummy. I will be making this again!

This recipe is really easy to make and my family loved it over Memorial Day Weekend. The only change I would make is to make it the day we eat it or refridgerate it overnight.
