I have made this recipe for years. It has been a staple comfort food for my kids during their entire childhood. My youngest is 24 and she still expects it - or some variation of this recipe - almost every holiday.

I would like to make this recipe, now that I know how to make it. It kinda seem @ first kinda hard, only when seeing the pictures. But now seeing how it's done, I know I can do it. Seems to very delicious, plus ev1 in my family does enjoy pound cake & jello & some whip cream. ButI make my own whip cream cream. I like to go simple/ w/just adding the whip cream. But my mom likes when I make my own whipped creamed. Which is very easy to do.

I made it for Easter and it was a big hit, especially with the kids. It was the first thing gone out of all the food there.
