Very creamy! I made this for company there were no leftovers; everyone really liked it. I don't think that it would store well because the Velveeta would congeal; but I don't think storing it will ever be a problem. :) This will be a staple in our house now.

Great and easy to make, I would suggest leaving some of the chicken center in the saucepan that the cheese is melted in, it makes for a great look and gives the chesse a better taste. Awesome!

I loved this receipe! Some things I left out. I Didn't use the green peppers, but added onion. I also used fat free cream cheese, and flour tortillas, to make it less fattening! My favorite enchiladas.

Very tasty and super easy to make! I used a rotisserie chicken and substituted shredded cheddar and a little bit of milk instead of the Velveta. Tasted just as great the next day for lunch!

This recipe is wonderful...I took a short cut and used rotisserie chicken from the store and added chopped onion. Also added rotel to the Velveeta...would definitely make again.

These are EXCELLENT! Next time I make them, I will make more sauce, because, to me, there was not enought cheese on top. Otherwise, a great dish. Pretty easy too.
