I love these so much, and their really easy to make. Except, dads a big eater on meat; so I added a little more chicken then needed and more peppers. So their super stuffed =]

This recipe is awesome! My mother-in-law made it and I got the recipe from her. She has to make two batches when our family of 6 gets together. There is never any left. This is also great using hamburger meat instead of the chicken. My husband is always asking me to make this.

I loved this recipe, so did the whole family. I added Mexican shredded cheese to the inside and on the top of the Velveeta. Will add this to my favorites.

I have made this twice the first time I did use the velvetta topping, the next time I just used red sauce as a topping with a little cheddar cheese and it was still great!

Out of control fat content of this recipe aside, the totally bland flavor of this is so far north of an enchilada that it should be simply called a wrap. So-so at best, not one of your more stellar offerings. Try again...with spices, please.

I loved it, my husband loveds it. I made it for all his buddies one night while they were working on the deck and they all loved it! I highly reccommend it! It's easy and delicious!

I would double the ingredients for inside the shells, still use only 8 shells. I'd also add onions and double the cheese topping.

My family loves this recipe especially my boyfriend and brother. I usually have to make double! I ususally also use rice pilaf for a side.

This recipe is mediocre at best. My children picked at the tortilla and would not eat the filling. Not a good recipe for finicky eaters.
