Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato Pasta recipe

Made this in 10 minutes (the time it took to boil the water and cook the pasta). Excellent even though I had to substitute for the seasonings!

Didn't think my kids were going to like the balsalmic tang but to my surprise they asked for seconds.

Made this for a church function and was well received. Couldn't find the mozzarella balls, so I just cut up some fresh mozarella. Must eat in a few days if using fresh cheese, otherwise it will start to have a funny taste. All in all, it was a great light summer dish. Will make it again!

Very quick and simple. Fresh, simple ingredients are what make this SO good. I added a bit extra balsalmic. Very Tasty.

This recipe was great! Very light, refreshing, and good for you. I substituted whole wheat penne, and it was just as good. The next time I will put a little more balsamic in there for extra kick.

Fast, EASY, and SUPER GOOD!! My husband had a BUNCH of friends over and I made this real fast and they ate every last bit!! Good for ALL ages!!

I absolutely loved the this recipe because it tasted so fresh. I did substitute with the wheat pasta, as suggested. The only problem I had was finding mozzarella balls so I just bought a brick of fresh part-skim mozzarella and broke it into pieces. I had it for dinner the night I made it and then I ate it cold the next day for lunch. It was delicious both ways!!

This meal was excellent, and easy to make. I personality did not enjoy the taste of the fresh mozzarella, but my family loved it.

I've made this recipe many times and my husband and I love it. Try adding sliced olives - it adds another great flavor!
