I made this with ground chicken to save on saturated fat. Big mistake. All I could taste was the sweetness of the salsa. Might be better with taco season or a salsa that is not as sweet. I am not quite sure about the softness of the tortillas. May be better with taco shells broken in half.

This was delicious! I didn't add the cumin (I didn't have any)and I put 2 cups of cheese instead of one. Great recipe!

I found this and thought, "how perfect" something different to make other than burgers. It was sooooo easy to make and my family totally loved it. I also added some sour cream to the top when we ate it. Also, my husband would like to try it with riccotta cheese next time. but this one went in to our book. :)

I don't know what happened with this one. I followed the recipe instructions exactly as they were written and came out with this 'burger/cottage cheese/corn shell disintegrated mushy mess' There was no structure to this dish at all. I then tried to eat it on tortilla chips as a nacho dish but the taste was unpleasant as well.
