This was wonderful! I don't really like chunks of tomato so I put the salsa in the food processor and it was great.

My family really liked it. It was an interesting and new flavor experience, and very attractive to look at as well. Thanks for the good idea!

This was so good! I made it in a dish that was to big so it did not layer enough times, but it was so yummy. The seasoning was perfect. I will make this a lot, just in the right size dish next time.

This was good even though I didn't use the cottage cheese. I combined the corn with the meat and added some taco seasoning instead of chili powder. Also used whole wheat instead of corn shells. Topped with sour cream once it got on my plate. Delicious. Will definately make again.

Very good but bland. Had to add more salt, chili powder, and garlic powder. Different but good.

I love it! Instead of layering it with the tortillas so that they don't get mushy, I just don't layer it and don't use the tortillas. Instead I make the recipe as it is described here and then just serve it with corn chips. My family loves it!
