I don't know what happened with this one. I followed the recipe instructions exactly as they were written and came out with this 'burger/cottage cheese/corn shell disintegrated mushy mess' There was no structure to this dish at all. I then tried to eat it on tortilla chips as a nacho dish but the taste was unpleasant as well.

I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. It was also fast and easy. I did make a few changes though. I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese - jalapeno pepper instead of green pepper and I add fresh cilantro.

The corn tortillas were yucky which ruinned the whole meal.

Very good recipe. I left out the onion and olives because my fiance don't like them. After reading the reviews, I doubled the chili powder, cumin, cheddar cheese and added a can or black beans. I used low fat cottage cheese and 2% milk mild cheddar cheese. My fiance would have probably given this 4 stars and I think that is because he didn't like the corn in it. Next time I will make it without the corn even though I didn't mind it.

My boyfriend made this for me last night and it is PHENOMENAL. I love how you can alter the spice either by how much chili powder you use OR by the salsa you buy. He also replaced the cottage cheese with ricotta; the best decision ever! My co-workers are scarfing down the leftovers right now. They give it five stars, too! :]

This recipe was so easy! Everyone asked for seconds which is rare with my cooking:) I didn't use the cottage cheese. I just layered with cheddar cheese instead and served it with sour cream. Very easy and delicious!
