What makes our new potato salad zesty? Tangy MIRACLE WHIP. Savory honey mustard. And some green onions for a nice, cold crunch.

Seemed a bit too creamy so next time I'll add a few more potatoes. The whole family loved it over the Memorial Day holiday, so we'll be having it again.

I really like this recipe as it is similar to mine. I add Splenda instead of sugar for those of us that are diabetic. I also use Mrs. Dash instead of pepper and salt. This goes over very well.

I've never used honey or sugar in potato salad before, but I'll give it a try! To me, it's not potato salad without hard boiled eggs. I also add a splash of white vinegar to give it a little "zing". Salt, pepper, eggs, yellow mustard, splash of vinegar, dill weed and Miracle Whip - a winning combination!!!! I'm always the one who's "volunteered" to bring the potato salad. Always a hit!!!!!

When making my potato salad I use, 1/4 cup Kraft fat-free Italian dressing, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 small onion-diced, parsley, basil and oregano--heat these together in microwave until the sugar is melted. Then add, cooked, diced potatoes and coat the potatoes with the mixture. Chill for about 2 hours. Then before serving add, 1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip.
