I did not add the lime peel, but it was good anyway. Using fresh raspberries makes all the difference.

Made this for Christmas and my company all agreed it was not good. I used frozen raspberries, if that made the difference. May try when fresh reaspberries are in season.

The pie was extremely easy to make, you would not know this by the excellent taste! Great finish to any meal, very light. Will be making the pie again.

Four stars for a really easy recipe. I subtracted one star however because I found it to be too sweet and exceptionally rich. My husband enjoyed it though, that's all that counts !

I love this! But my husband doesn't. Oh well, more for me! I don't even add the fruit or preserves - I like to make them in cupcake liners with a Nilla Wafer on the bottom.

Very good. Would also be good without the raspberries and just using jam or just the pudding mixture itself.

Delicious. I didn't use the fruit, but this is a very good, light dessert. It had a nice cheesecake flavor.
