I use sugar-free raseberry jam and sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding with 2% milk and sugar free cool whip and fresh raspberries, it cut calories and carb count and reduces sugar count. It was great.

This was a great, easy dessert. I skipped the fresh berries and just used preserves on the bottom and made a swirl with the preserves on the top. It was really good. Skipping the fresh fruit makes it easier to keep supplies on hand to make this when you are in a hurry.

This is the easiest cheesecake!! My whole family loves it, every occasion we have they always ask if I've made the "pudding cheesecake". Big hit, try it and you'll want to make it all the time, and the kids can help too.

I omitted the raspberries and lime. For a splash of flavor and color I drizzled strawberry syrup in the shape of two cirlces (1 inside the other) and then ran a butter knife through it from one side to the other eight times. It created a really neat "tie-dyed" look! Everyone loved it!

This pie was very good. The taste was light and creamy however I dont think I would make it with raspberries again, because of the seeds. It would probably taste great with any fruit though.

My family likes this better than the traditional cheesecake. It light, creamy, and full of flavor! Last time I made it without the raspberries, raspberry preserves, & lime so it was a plain cheesecake. Then I had different pie fillings and fresh fruit set out so everyone could pick what they wanted. It was a BIG HIT!!

I think this pie was delicious. We served at a fish fry with my church and everyone enjoyed it. The best thing is you can substitute the raspberries for any other berry. I used blackberries as well.
