A great weeknight supper!! We used light mayo (don't like miracle whip) and skim milk to cut calories. I sauteed 1# diced chicken breasts in a little butter and 2 Tbsp. white wine; and used croutons made from marbled rye bread, adding 2/3 to the casserole mixture and sprinkled the remainder over the top. Made 4 dinner portions.

Did not go over well with the family. I couldn't even make a second bowl. Just wasn't very appetizing.

This is so easy and sooo good... I will definitely make it again, however instead of cooking the chicken ahead of time I sauteed it with mushrooms and I used chicken stuffing instead of croutons... It came out really good, I couldn't stop eating it :)

My kids and husband loved this recipe. I skipped the croutons and used the light miracle whip to make it more calorie-friendly, and it was delicious.

This Chicken dish was very easy to make and very good...although I substituted Brocolli for the Celery....I think next time I may add cream of chicken soup.

This was very good and so easy! I didn't have miracle whip, and not enough mayo so I used 1/3 c light mayo and 1/3 c sour cream and it came out great. I also added mroe veggies like a small red pepper, and some green beans I had half cooked in the microwave. I split the recipe in two, and froze half the mixture (minus croutons) for later. It was sooo good! The veggies are not too mushy like in most casseroles.

This was just okay. Dry and overwhelming swiss/miracle whip flavor. Maybe if the celery and onions had been sauteed in some margarine before adding. The amount of chicken could be cut down as well. Won't make again.

My husband and I are not picky eaters at all!! It had to much of a miracle whip taste and the crutons seemed to be soggy. Maybe next time we will use noodles and less miracle whip.
