This salad was delicious. I added chicken strips and used light thousand island. I really wasn't sure I'd like this, but I gobbled it up! It's a nice twist on just regular salads all the time. Will definitely make again!

Delicious and nutritious. The variations and any leftovers are also very good. Adding Southwestern or Mexican chicken makes it one of our favorite main dishes.

I am always on the lookout for black bean recipes, since beans are so healthy for us. I will think about adding left over cold chopped turkey or cooked chicken strips next time I make it. With some good bread it makes an entire meal.

I usually don't like black beans and cold corn, but the salad changed my mine. It was easy to prepare and extremely good.

I added more tobasco to the dressing and cut down on the amount of beans and corn and added more greens, I thought it was delicious. Will definately make it again, makes a wonderful light dinner on a sizzling hot day!!

I was unimpressed with this salad - as was my family. Dressing was ok - but unremarkable. I thought it would be great because of the reviews, but it wasn't. The corn and beans were too heavy to stay well mixed, so I constantly found myself digging to the bottom of the bowl for them. It wasn't bad, just not memorable. I'll stick w/ regular dressing and salad mix next time.
