This recipe was so easy and so tasty, my 5 year old even loved it. I did add more vegetables such as cucumbers, cauliflower and grape tomatos. I will certainly make this again and again

I used low fat thousand island dressing and 2% milkfat Mexican Kraft Cheese. Served with homemade salsa/black bean bread. Great meal. My husband loved it.

I added some left over cooked chicken, cut into strips and served it in a wrap. Absolutely wonderful, and a full meal in itself. I think left over strips of steak would be good too.

Instead of hot sauce, I combined equal amounts of ranch dressing and salsa. Also before serving, add tortilla chips. I like to serve this salad with chicken enchiladas.

For an alternative, try using taco sauce in place of the ranch dressing and hot sauce and add broken tortilla chips.
