I had some leftover chicken & came across this dish so thought I'd give it a try. My kids & husband loved it and the kids didn't complain a bit about the broccoli & red peppers. This was a quick & easy recipe that I'm sure to make again!

Very easy and quick to make. The sauce was better after it set for a bit. I actually doubled the sauce ingredients as my boys can't get enough of the sauce! And, don't forget to add the parmesan cheese to top it off - it really made all the difference!

I added too much pasta which made it a little dry. My kids loved it though, regardless!!

Wonderful! Followed the ingredients exactly, nice creamy, smooth, flavorful sauce. Very easy and quick to make. Family loved it, no left overs!

I thought this was fine.I thought the taste was good.I read some of the negative comments and all I can figure is they did not follow the ingredient list.It calls for shredded cheese,so why they thought powdered cheese from a shaker would turn out the same is a mystery to me.

The final texture wasn't what I expected, but the flavour wasn't too bad. Next time I'll try with a non-refrigerated parmesan cheese.

My kids and I loved this recipe. Just like at a restaurant. I added a tsp minced garlic when cooking the chicken. And I added sliced mushrooms to the milk mixture. Also a little salt to the fettuccine after draining it. This is one I can't wait to try again.

Great recipe! I just used broccoli and mushrooms instead of the mixed veggies. Turned out great!
