I thought this was just horrible. Plus, it would have been easier to just use frozen hashbrowns rather than having to decrust the bread.

I made this recipe with a lot less calories! Instead of white bread, I used whole weight bread. Then I used fat free cheese and turkey bacon. I also added onions and peppers and took out the mushrooms. There are a lot of options with this casserole and my coworkers really enjoyed it!

I made this for work and everyone loved it. I took it to a friend's due to a death in the family. They absoutly love it. But instead of using mushrooms and onions, I use sausage and ham along with the bacon. Plus lots of cheese. Will make this time and time again.

This was very simple and easy recipe to make. I did add some extra cheese to the milk mixture and some extra and top and I think that really help. My kids loved this!

Very bland, but an overall good recipe base, add in your own little touches like seasoning your eggs and using cinnamon or raisin bread, and or buttering and topping the top layer of bread with cheese....

We didn't like it at all! There were to many mushrooms for our liking and the texture was well....ugg. We threw it out and had something different.

We often make breakfast for our Sunday School class. Everyone said it tasted very good!!! It was my first time making it!!!

we had brunch here at home each one of us made something different and my brothers and my sisters- in-law really liked it. I gave each a copy and like I said doesn't take long to make.

This is the best breakfast casserole I've ever made. Maybe because we prefer the taste of bacon over sausage. I couldn't find green onions and it tasted great anyway. Refrigerating 4 1/2 hours was plenty of time. Can't wait to make again.
