This recipts seems very easy to make and it saves a lot of time, especially for those who are busy and don't have time to cook for their kids.

This recipe is great however instead of using the short cut of cutting up the bacon before frying, why not use the already cooked and crumbled Oscar Meyer bacon found in the salad section of the grovery store? I find this the easiest way to cook when a recipe calls for crumbled type bacon, no muss no fuss and the results are great!

My family happens to like sharp cheese so that's what I use and it gives the casserole a little more zip.

This is the best thing for a brunch. I sometimes put a little extra bacon in there too! You can make it the night before, then just bake it in the morning.

Very simple to make and I 've found I can substitute other ingredients in recipe. Excellent for brunches and can double the recipe and not lose the creation.
