I LOVED this! I had one chicken breast sitting in the fridge, so I chopped it up, cooked it in a tomato basil dressing, and placed it on top. Delicious!

First time I made it my husband said it was too "girly." So next time I added some mild ground breakfast sausage. It is now one of our favorite dishes.

i made vegan "parmesan" with this meal, with 1/8C of bread crumbs & nutritional yeast. for tomatoes i used heirlooms picked fresh from the garden, along with basil too. i used much more basil then the recipe called for. we like garlic, so i used two cloves. and instead of bowtie, we used fusilli pasta. this was a wonderful way to use up some veggies from the garden. i'll definitly make it again, and again!

This recipe is so flavorful and quick!! I also used two cans of the italian recipe canned tomatoes and skipped the basil and for the cheese I found a blend of Mozz and Asiago with garlic flavor already added but still used a little bit of garlic powder. My boyfriend says it was the best recipe we've tried yet!!

This was so easy to make and very tasty! I used 2 cans of Italian herb diced tomatoes, skipped the basil, and only used 1tbsp of oil.

I love this recipe! It is wonderful and has a fresh light flavor. We couldn't find the baged cheese blend so we used Kraft parmesan and romano from the cans which worked as a terrific subsitute.

I sometimes add shrimp or chicken to make a meal that is a little heartier. On a good night, hubby gets shrimp and I get chicken! :o) GREAT dish!
