This was so easy. It's a no brainer. You can also use corn tortillas.

Was a little bland for our house so souped it up a bit. My variation: 16 oz. package Oscar Meyer Beef Franks 12 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese 10 oz. jar of Medium chunky Salsa (whatever your taste) 8 flour tortillas 2 cans chilli Corn tortilla chips In large baking dish or cast iron skillet apply non-stick spray, layer the bottom of pan with corn tortilla chips, layer one can of chilli, layer cheese, layer mild salsa. wrap franks with a handful of cheese and splash of salsa, lay seam side down in pan, cover with corn chips, chilli and salsa. Place in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 25 min. or thoroughly heated, add layer of cheese, return to oven for another 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve with dollop of sour cream, and small splash of salsa. Shredded Lettuce and chopped tomatoes on the side.

My husband and I both really liked it. I used no bean chili instead and cheese dogs-delicious.

Very good and easy hot dog recipe! My hubby's very picky and he loved it! Even my 2 yr. old (who's just as picky as daddy), cleaned her plate!
