I made this for a Christmas party and they were gone in 20 minutes. I would say they were a hit although, I didn't even get to try them. I will make these again for New Year's.

I have made these for my family often and there is never any leftover. However, I use thicker sliced ham because I have found that the thin ham tears when I try to spread the cream cheese.

I use only 2 slices of ham and spread each one with Philidelphia cream cheese with chives, put the pickle on the first one and roll it again in thesecond ham slice (also spread with cream cheese and chives) ,makes a larger circle and cut it in 2 inch slices, coworkers can't get enogh of these treats

I love these "ham roll ups" as I know them as. Also, try the flavored cream cheeses. Onion and chive is really tasty for an extra kick.

My family has been making this appetizer for years....instead of ham, we have used Buddig Corned Beef. I haven't found a person yet who doesn't like these.

my husband loves these but i made mine different i cut whole dill pickles into 4 when i mixed up my cream cheese i added 3 or 4 shakes of worcestershire sauce and then spread it on ham, turkey, beef or whatever kind of deli meat and refrig. it for a couple of hours.

This recipe is fast and easy using ingredients already in the fridge. Next time try green onions or presliced carrots or other crunchy veggies for a change.
