Yummy! I added onion & basil to the mixture. I saw another review that said they cooked it in the oven at 350 for 20 mins so I cooked it that way instead of the microwave. This recipe was easy, fast and not much clean up!

Delicious, my family loved it! I used 1 lb of ground turkey and 8 lasagna noodles to make 8 servings. Other than that, I followd the recipe as shown. This will definitley become a regular.

This is a great quick recipe. I use low fat ricotta and mozzarella and whole wheat noodles too. I add onion with the ground turkey, and add sliced mushrooms too. I don't microwave, but bake it in the oven instead. Very Yummy!

I used low-fat cottage cheese in place of the ricotta (family preference). Everyone loved the recipe. I put them together this morning, then just had to top them with sauce and heat when I got home from work. Nice weeknight meal.

This is my favorite! I did make a few changes. I used venison instead of turkey. While cooking the venison, I used a packet of the italian dressing (make-it-yourself) for seasoning. Then mixed the sauce and ricotta with the meat (after the meat was cooked) and cooked them all together. I added the mozerella then to make it cheesier. I also add spinach to the mix. No one ever knows there spinach in there!! It's the only way I can get my fiance to eat spinach. After I'm done rolling the mixture inside the lasagna noodles I stick it in the oven until it's warmed up(at 375, time varies). It's the best! I don't make regular lasagna anymore!

I made this recipe as the directions stated. But next time I think I am going to use something else other than ground turkey. The turkey just didn't add much. I will make this again.

The noodles get a little dried out if they are completely covered with sauce. My husband didn't like it too much, but I did - I would also add some more veggies, zucchini, black olives, mushrooms, etc.

This was fun and easy to make. My younger sister and I had fun filling the pasta and rolling them. And it even tasted great!
