This is a yummy recipe, but I made a few changes. I added salt/pepper and garlic powder to the meat while it was cooking, because the Italian seasoning alone isn't enough. The filling will actually make 8-10 noodles. If you did only 6 you would have a lot of left over filling. I put my rolls in a casserole dish, covered with spaghetti sauce, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese, and cooked in the oven on 350 for 20 mins. It turned out great!!
