MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

cup chopped
green pepper

pimiento

tsp. each: salt and
black pepper
Make It
MIX
all ingredients until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE
several hours or until chilled.

I made this for a Memorial Day/ Send off Party for my Army bound stepson. It was a hit! I used whole wheat macaroni to help my husband stay on his "no white" diet. Will make it again.

I make this from a recipe from my mom. She adds hard boiled egg ( I don't like them) and chops sweet pickles into it. It's just not summer without macaroni salad. It's great for a really hot day and goes great with BBQ and beans YUM!!!

not crazy about this. maybe would have like with mayo better, the guests at my bbq liked it though!

THIS IS VERY GOOD I ADDED SOME SUNFLOWER SEED KERNALS FOR A LITTLE MORE CRUNCH. STILL TASTED GOOD

This is so good in the summer with fresh tomatoes. I also added hard boiled egg and a little lemon juice. Delicious

This recipes was very good. My family loved it. I also added a little relish, a sprinkle of paprika, celery seed, a little mustard and way to go. Hmmm...delicious

When I made this I didn't have celery so I added salad supreme seasoning to it. I used spring noodles to cause my kids like them better. It was delicious! My whole family loved it and came back for seconds.
