Got the tomatoes. Got the basil. Check and check. But news flash—we think bruschetta is betta with feta. Check it out and see if you agree.

My mouth and nose were in heaven. What a great apetizer for a nice spaghetti and salad dinner. I did add fresh garlic to my olive oil before appying to the bread. Thanks for the recipe

The basil is in the Feta Cheese.

I make this ALL the time. It is really good on bread that has been grilled on the grill.

The recipe sounds very good have not done it yet have done similar. But I don't know if you realize it the recipe calls for basil and there is none in the ingredients.l

This is a very simple recipe. It was wonderful, even my children loved it. They also tried it as a dip on corn chips and loved it. I will be making this for my family and friend as often as possible.

This is one of my and everyones favorite. i am asked for this recipe everytime i bring it or serve it at a gathering. If you use grated fresh parmesean cheese instead of the feta cheese, it is also very good, If you like garlic try dicing some fresh garlic, and basil instead of the parsley for an added kick. Our restuant serves it that way and it is also very good.

Use extra Feta, wrap it in foil and put on the grill for a couple of minutes to melt it all together.
