Got the tomatoes. Got the basil. Check and check. But news flash—we think bruschetta is betta with feta. Check it out and see if you agree.

This recipe was delicious. My friend and I made it with the Feta Baked Chicken. I sent her home with both recipes!

this is a great, simple bruschetta! you can leave it in a bowl and let guests put as much or as little as they want on their bread.

I made this as part of my valentines menu and they tasted great. I didn't add the olives as I don't like them. The flavors go so well together, I used fresh basil instead of the parsley. Great recipe.

I made this recipe for my weekly "appetizer and drinks" hour with my neighbor and fiance. They absolutely LOVED this recipe and ate every last piece. For three people, we each got about 5 or 6 brushettas a person. It was so good! My only complaint would be it is a little time consuming, and trying to flip over those tiny pieces of bread in the oven was not the easiest. Then when I put the topping on the bread, it kind of went all over the place, but I think I was just stressed out as my guests were in the other room waiting. All in all, a wonderful recipe. I would definitely make this again.

I made this to go along with baked spaghetti and it was really good. Very easy to prepare. I didn't have the feta with tomatoes and basil, so I used plain and added my own basil. Turned out great anyway! Family loved it.

I absolutely loved this recipe. It is the best appetizer I have made yet. Took these to a party and everyone just ate them up!! Definitely going to make this one again!

Made this for a party and everyone loved it! I made up the tomato mixture the night before and added the cheese just before I started the toasting process in the oven. Used the toaster, rather than the oven, to make up the leftovers the next day.
