This makes enough for two individual cheese balls. I freeze one for later! Excellent flavor.

very good, strong feta cheese flavor; use less feta, more cream cheese if you don't want such a strong flavor

I served this on New Year's Day. Excellent texture and flavor. Serve with gourmet crackers and/or baguette. You can also add in some extras such as pimento, minced ham, other herbs, etc. Watch out to not add any more salty items since feta is salty.

EXCELLENT. I made this over the Christmas holiday. I made half of the recipe because we had a smaller crowd. Everyone enjoyed. I will make again.

This was the BEST cheese ball I have ever had. My first try at even making one, and I hit the jackpot! My family couldn't get enough at Thanksgiving. Many thanks to Kraft for a fantastic recipe. (I used crushed pecans on the outside instead of parsley.)
