Wow, restaurant quality food. I followed the recipe exactly except I used an extra clove of garlic and made it ahead of time keeping it in the refrigerater several hours before baking. As the mixture was cold my baking time was around 40-45 minutes before it started to brown on top. Served with pita chips. Can't wait to make it again.

Fantastic appetizer. I served with Reduced Fat Triscuits and it was a hit! Will definitely make this again.

i've made this 10 times - easy - EVERY time it's a hit ! gone first ! even my brother who doesn't like feta or artichokes said 'it's fantastic and addictive' ! i don't use pimentos, but use xtra parm & feta ! thanks for an awesome vegetarian dip !

I gave this recipe to my collage age son. He has made it many times, his friends have actually resorted to eating if off their hands when they run out of crackers! It's great.

This recipe is wonderful!!! Absolutely delicious!!! The only thing we do differently is cut down on the garlic a lot!!! My kids love this dip if I leave out the garlic or use very little. Yummy!!

definately use real mayonaise, and make sure you fully drain the artichoke hearts. So delicious- got many compliments!

I chose to also add spinach and it was very good. I plan to make it again for Thanksgiving.
