Due to a lack of available ingredients at my local grocery, I made this with 4 oz plain feta and 4 oz Mediterranean Blend Feta, substituting Romano for Parmesan, and using light mayo. It was very good, but also very rich. I recommend serving it warm with a cold dry white wine - a Sauvignon Blanc is a good choice. Especially good with sourdough bread wedges or restaurant-style tortilla chips rather than the triscuits. Would be great for a party!
